Shipping Policy

Your NINA bag is custom made at the time of order and it might require up to 14 calendar days to be crafted. We’ll do our best so that your bag reaches you the soonest possible and for this we’ll keep you posted on the progress of your order.

Some bags, however, might already be in stock, and therefore you will be notified for immediate delivery.

Shipping normally takes 2-5 days, depending on your location. Keep in mind that delays might occur in high traffic seasons, eg. Christmas. 

  • Free shipping for all orders delivered in Greece at the closest  BOX NOW locker to the address you have provided

  • EU based deliveries - 15 EUR (expedited door-to-door service with UPS)

  • International deliveries - 25 EUR (expedited door-to-door service with UPS)

  • Free shipping worldwide for orders over 500 EUR

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you fall in love with your NINA handmade bag the moment you open the delivery box! But if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or you no longer want it, we are here to help.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and with the original packaging and tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us at nina.handcraft@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Securely Package Your Item: Pack your item securely so that it doesn’t run the risk to be damaged during the return, including all original packaging and tags attached. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.  

Please note that we cover shipping costs ONLY for returning defective products. 

You are expected to cover shipping costs for returning non-defective products for cash refund or exchange. 

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Only bags that are unworn and in perfect condition will be eligible for return.

If the return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method. You may as well have the option for a replacement, covering any deviation from the initial price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may take some time to process, depending on your payment provider. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
